If your cruise booking is eligible for Velocity Points, your Points will be credited to your Velocity Frequent Flyer account approximately four (4) weeks after you complete your cruise.
This allows time for the cruise provider to confirm travel completion and for Points to be processed correctly.
What You Need to Do
To ensure your Points are credited correctly, make sure that:
- Your Velocity membership number is provided at the time of booking or within 30 days of making the reservation
- The lead passenger name matches your Velocity account
- You travel on the cruise as the lead passenger
If these details are correct, your Points should be automatically added to your account.
If Your Points Don’t Appear
If more than four weeks have passed since you completed your cruise and your Points haven’t appeared, you can:
- Check your Velocity account transaction history
- Contact your CruisePilot consultant for assistance
They can help confirm your booking details and guide you on the next steps.
